Thermal insulation of overhead network pipelines – scope of services
In addition to the finished product in the form of the ETX-PUR thermal insulation sleeve, we also offer comprehensive modernization services for existing overhead pipelines of heat networks – from dismantling old insulation, through tests and repairs, to the installation of new insulation with all associated works.

Scope of services
Services offered may include the following activities
The scope of work is determined individually based on the technical condition of the pipeline and the customer's expectations.

Dismantling and disposal of insulation
Dismantling and disposal of old thermal insulation together with protective coatings (coat).

Assessment of steel structures
Assessment of the technical condition of steel structures, including slides.

Tests of welded joints
Testing of welded joints of pipelines in places indicated by the ordering party, using non-destructive methods (ultrasonic or radiographic).

Repair of pipelines and fittings
Repair of pipelines and replacement of shut-off fittings.

Anti-corrosion protection
Cleaning and anti-corrosion protection of pipelines.

Steel structures
Cleaning of steel structure elements (lattice supports, expansion joints) and re-protection against corrosion.

Regeneration of supports
Regeneration of concrete elements and reinforced concrete supports.
