Sale of insulation insulation shells for thermal insulation of overhead pipelines

ETX-PUR thermal insulation sleeves are prefabricated insulating elements in the form of insulation insulation shell, made of rigid polyurethane (PUR) foam expanded in a high-pressure system – which ensures control and maintenance of the parameters declared by the manufacturer. insulation insulation shells have a permanently bonded protective jacket made of sheet metal, available in various variants.

Insulation insulation shell construction

ETX-PUR insulation construction

The insulation insulation shell set consists of upper and lower segments. Each segment is made of a layer of rigid polyurethane insulation and a permanently bonded sheet metal jacket.

Design features

  • Profiled side and front edges create tight u0022locksu0022 that eliminate thermal bridges
  • Sheet metal jacket permanently connected to the insulation during the production process; the cover of the upper segment overlaps the lower one at the eaves
  • The design maintains the distance between the insulation and the pipeline wall
  • Segments and bands connected with rivets or shearable screws – closed insulating cover

Why ETX-PUR

Benefits of use

Less heat loss and energy savings

Protection against the plague of sheet metal theft
