Areas of application
Where is ETX-PUR insulation used?
ETX-PUR thermal insulation is used in works related to the replacement of insulation in overhead main and distribution heating networks, as well as in overhead networks in industrial plants where the medium temperature does not exceed 145°C.

POLYESTER
Galvanized sheet 0.7 mm, zinc 275 g/m², polyester coated min. 25 µm – color from the RAL palette. Upon request, the customer's logo can be embossed on the insulation insulation shell coat.

ETX-PUR insulation construction
The insulation insulation shell set consists of upper and lower segments. Each segment is made of a layer of rigid polyurethane insulation and a permanently bonded sheet metal jacket.
Design features
- Profiled side and front edges create tight u0022locksu0022 that eliminate thermal bridges
- Sheet metal jacket permanently connected to the insulation during the production process; the cover of the upper segment overlaps the lower one at the eaves
- The design maintains the distance between the insulation and the pipeline wall
- Segments and bands connected with rivets or shearable screws – closed insulating cover
